Requirements

• 6+ years experience serving medium to large businesses from an entity tax perspective
• C, S, and partnership experience including related entity structures, multi-state filing
• Experience preparing deferred tax calculations for C corporations
• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or construction niches beneficial
• Experience with a larger firm preferable to a smaller firm
• Transaction experience a plus (mergers, acquisitions, other complex tax matters)
• Comfortable with primary client contact and able to manage relationships
• Interest in business development a plus, but not a base requirementStrong technical skills and ability to research various tax matters
• Experience working as part of a team serving clients, good interpersonal skills
• Ability to review variety of tax returns and train seniors and staff
• Individual tax experience related to business entities served
• Willingness to travel to client locations throughout Indiana and surrounding states periodically
• Remote Employment Possible

• C, S, and partnership experience
• Payroll, property and sales tax reporting experience 
• Exposure to tax transactions helpful (mergers, acquisitions, other complex tax matters)
• Comfortable with primary client contact and able to manage relationships
• Interest in business development a plus, but not a base requirement
• Strong technical skills and ability to research various tax matters
• Experience working as part of a team serving clients, good interpersonal skills
• Ability to review variety of tax returns and train seniors and staff
• Strong individual tax experience preferred
• Remote Employment Possible
